Back to home

The Incubateur des Territoires is the programme of the Agence nationale de la cohésion des territoires that builds open-source digital services for local authorities, following the “startup d’État” method. The engagement provided its teams with a shared infrastructure foundation hosted at Scaleway: deployment, access, supervision and day-to-day support.

What we worked on

Structure the Kubernetes foundation

Support teams on container infrastructure hosted at Scaleway, with environments and access designed for several products running in parallel.

Industrialise deployments

Set up and explain delivery paths, especially around GitLab CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code practices.

Make operations readable

Help provide monitoring, logs, TLS management and ingress tooling so teams know how to diagnose and act.

Support without creating dependency

Help project teams day to day while documenting practices, so the infrastructure becomes a shared tool rather than a black box.

What this engagement shows

The point was not only to host applications, but to create a framework for autonomy: shared tools, understandable deployment paths and transferable support capability.
